CFT Performance is an independent European and German vehicle repair shop located in Chilliwack, British Columbia. This policy explains what personal information we collect through our website and our advertising, why we collect it, and what we do with it.
When you contact us. If you call, text, email, or submit a form — including a contact form on Facebook or Instagram — we collect the information you give us. That typically means your name, phone number, email address, details about your vehicle, and a description of the service you need.

We keep vehicle service records for as long as needed to support warranty claims and to meet our legal and accounting obligations. Enquiries that do not become service work are kept for up to two years, then deleted.
